formation. Layer birds have more protein requirement. Amino acids are the building
blocks of protein. Each protein contains a chain of amino acids. Protease Enzymes
breaks down complex protein chain in the stomach and small intestine. Breakdown
of Proteins into small chain peptides provides muscle and tissue forming source
for the birds.
